Health information must be right. We base our articles on official sources and correct
errors when we find them.

## Our Process

 * Medical and scientific statements are based on the reliable sources listed at
   the end of each article.
 * We aim to take statistics from the original publication rather than a secondary
   summary.
 * We aim to compare dosage and safety statements with official labels and guidance.
 * Claims without adequate evidence are removed or clearly marked as uncertain.

## Source Hierarchy

 1. Official health bodies and regulators
 2. Systematic reviews and clinical guidelines
 3. Peer-reviewed studies
 4. Reputable medical institutions

## After Publication

We update articles when we learn that official guidance has changed, and we are 
adding a “Last updated” date to every article.
